ENORA provides specialized systems to ensure the highest water quality and protection for critical Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) components, boilers, steam turbine blades and other sensitive equipment in power plants . Our condensate polishing systems are designed to remove impurities such as dissolved oxygen, particulates, and other contaminants before it’s reused in steam cyle to prevent demage.
We integrate advanced filtration technologies, such as mixed-bed ion exchange or electrodeinozitaion to effectively remove trace contaminants, reducing the risk of corrosion and scaling within the HRSG system. By maintaining superior condensate quality, ENORA’s solutions help extend the lifespan of equipment, improve efficiency, and minimize downtime and maintenance costs in combined cycle power plants.
ENORA’s condensate polishing systems are equipped with state-of-the-art filtration methods, chemical dosing, and automatic regeneration, ensuring a reliable and sustainable solution for any industrial application requiring high-purity water specifically addresses the high-quality requirements of water reused in steam production.

As ENORA we utilize a comprehensive multi-stage treatment process to ensure the highest quality condensate water, essential for optimal steam cycle performance. The process begins with preliminary purification using physicochemical methods, such as coagulation, filtration, or sedimentation, to remove larger particles and contaminants. This is followed by ultrafiltration for finer purification, ensuring the removal of smaller particles and colloidal materials.
For demineralization, membrane technologies, particularly reverse osmosis (RO), are employed to remove dissolved salts and other impurities, ensuring water meets stringent purity standards. If necessary, second-stage reverse osmosis further purifies the water to remove any remaining contaminants. In some cases, mixed-bed ion exchange or Electrodeionization (EDI/EDR) can be added for additional demineralization, providing an advanced and reliable solution to maintain the high-quality requirements of the steam cycle.
