ENORA offers Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Systems integrated with Lamella Clarifiers for exceptional solid-liquid separation. This combination optimizes the removal of suspended solids, oils, grease, high amounts of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), and other contaminants, ensuring superior water quality and operational efficiency in a wide range of industrial effluents, wastewater, municipal applications, and other challenging water sources.
This combination offers excellent solids separation, improving overall water quality while optimizing treatment efficiency.
ENORA’s advanced integrated DAF and Lamella Clarifier systems are engineered to deliver maximum particle removal efficiency with minimal chemical usage. Our manufacturing capabilities ensure that the system is tailored to meet specific process requirements, providing optimal performance while reducing operational costs and enhancing system reliability.
Enora’s Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems utilizes microbubbles generated by a specialized microbubble generator to effectively float suspended particles to the surface. Dissolved air adheres to these particles, causing them to rise and concentrate at the surface, where they are collected by a surface scrubber. The remaining suspended solids are settled by Lamella Clarifiers, which enhance the system’s performance by providing a large surface area for particles to adhere to and settle quickly. This dual-action process efficiently removes suspended solids, minimizing the need for chemicals and ensuring high-quality water treatment.
The surface scrubber removes the particles collected in the foam form, while the settled particles are discharged as sludge. The integration of a flocculation system with precise chemical dosing ensures optimal coagulation when required, while a pressurized tank provides the necessary air for microbubble generation. Together, this system provides a cost-effective, space-efficient solution with minimal chemical usage, offering superior solid removal and improved water clarity.
